NO REFUNDS, RAIN CHECKS, OR EXCHANGES, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING LOSS OR THEFT.  Ticket valid for admission to attraction shown for (the “Attraction”) on the specified date if indicated.  Days and hours of operation are subject to change without notice. Stores, restaurants and attractions may have varying operation hours and days. Tickets are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and may not be copied, resold or duplicated. Unless stated otherwise tickets may be used only once.  Tickets are void if altered and not valid for special or premium events requiring a separate ticket or special pricing. Bearer must obey all posted rules, warnings, and instructional messages and assumes all risk and dangers associated with admission to Attraction. Bearer should not ride Attraction if bearer has a fear of heights, enclosed objects, other fears, or physical or medical conditions that may be adversely affected by riding the Attraction.

The Company may deny admission or expel bearer without refund for any one or more of the following: disorderly, inappropriate, or offensive conduct, clothing, markings, or language; possession of a firearm or other instrument that could be used as a weapon; possession of illegal drugs; fraudulent use, alteration, or reproduction of tickets or obtaining tickets from unauthorized source; breaking posted or printed Attraction rules or breaking applicable law; and anything the Company deems could compromise the safety of Attraction guests or employees.

Bearer grants the Company and its affiliates (the “Companies”) the right to use bearer’s name, photograph, voice or likeness in any promotional materials, throughout the world, in perpetuity, and in all formats and media now known or hereafter devised, without notice, payment, or consideration, and without regard to any alterations, modifications, or other changes. BEARER RELEASES THE COMPANIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND LIABILITIES, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHICH BEARER MAY INCUR OR HAVE AGAINST ANY OF THEM AND WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ATTRACTION OR ANY ACTION OCCURRING ON ATTRACTION PREMISES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE ARISING OUT OF THE COMPANIES’ NEGLIGENCE.
